La Cucina Italiana

The December edition of La Cucina Italiana was filled with mouth-watering hearty food.



I cooked Misto di maiale, cavolo e patate (roasted pork shoulder, slab bacon and sausage with cabbage and potatoes) last night and it was so easy and delicious!  This is definitely "hearty" than "healthy" food, but then "hearty" home cooked meal prepped in sanitary manner with organic ingredients is still healthier than "healthy" reastaurant meals.  So indulge!
