Let's Say NO to Ivory!

African Elephants are in danger again.

In 1980's, they were hunted extensively for their tusk.  The population of 1.6 million was reduced to about 550,000 in just a decade.  The conservation efforts and stricter regulation of ivory trade by local governments and international organizations during the 90's successfully lowered the number of poaching.

Today, the ivory trade's becoming more active and the poaching is becoming more common once again.  It's estimated that shocking 33,000 elephants are being killed by poachers every year.  That means, African Elephants could go extinct in just 15 years!

Ivory is a non-essential item.  We can live well without it

Let's not contribute to the demand of ivory trade by never buying or selling any ivory products!

And let's spread the awareness!
