Growing up in Colombia, every morning started with a good cup of cafe con leche (well, it was more like leche con cafe when we were small). And Colombians keep the best beans to local market and export the rest.
So I have a thing about latte. In North America, South America, Europe, Asia...I drink it everywhere. I think I can say I know what a good roast tastes.
Thousand Hills' latte has a good, toasty, aromatic roast with very low bitterness and acidity. The roast is so fragrant, it's got a caramel like roundness to it. And I love how they serve it to you in a big cup with a pattern drawn on the top.

And I love that their coffee is Fair Trade, benefiting people in Rwanda.
All this greatness for only $3.50. I'm in heaven!
